Client: Harry Rosen Inc.

Harry Rosen has been a client of ours for over a decade. In 1994 we developed a fully customized point-of-sale, and CRM (Customer relationship marketing) system, which was the recipient of two unique awards for retail software.

Along with development of their enterprise software system, we currently maintain and support their store and central office Unix servers (SCO Openserver, AIX), their credit authorization systems, voice-activated inquiry systems, and provide after-hours on-call support to their stores nationwide.

Client: Integrated Plastics

Integrated Plastics is a plastics manufacturer in Scarborough, Ontario, with products in most major consumer good stores (such as Wal*Mart, Zellers, etc.) across North America.

We have successfully enabled Integrated Plastics to grow their business, without adding additional technology staff, by handling end-to-end technology requirements. From PC's and office networking, to EDI integration, custom software requests, and configuration of Blackberry devices - we have effectively done the job of a mid-size I.T. department, at a fraction of the cost, and with greater expertise.
